Upon arrival at the destination, clients are greeted by their Host Country Manager at the airport. The Host Country Manager will remain with the client throughout their entire medical journey. They act as a 24-hour a day concierge service and are present at the initial examination(s), during the actual procedure, thru the post-procedure recuperation period, and also available to assist with tourist activities. For safety and to ease communication within the host country, our HCMs are bilingual and are able to assist clients with any questions and concerns during their journey, from greeting them at the airport, providing them with a cell phone during their medical journey, arranging private transportation to the hotel, checking them in at their hotel, transporting them to all medical visits and surgeries, offering any interpretation assistance that is needed, and assuring that the client is comfortable at all times. When not with the client, HCMs are always available via cell phone or a 24-hour contact number, should they be needed during the night or during tourist activities, etc. They are experts on local culture and customs, and are able to provide information about local restaurants, shopping and spa facilities. At the end of the journey, HCMs provide baggage assistance at the airport and make certain that the client safely boards the plane. When it is necessary, HCMs can also arrange for medical assistance at the airport.

Our Case Managers guide clients through every step of the process. CMs suggest the finest medical facilities and accommodations in a host country based on each client’s individual needs and desired medical procedure. Case Managers work individually with each client to put together a world-class medical tourism package and make sure that all pre-medical journey tasks are taken care of prior to departure. They will compose a comprehensive travel itinerary containing detailed information on attractions, restaurants, schedules and confirmations. The Case Manager remains readily available at all times--be it for questions, additional information or clarification. They also coordinate and participate in conference calls with you and your doctor abroad, making sure that all of your questions are answered properly prior to departure. CMs will also facilitate conference calls between you and your Host Country Manager, making sure that all your expectations and requirements are communicated effectively.
